Forecast Discussion

Due to our elevated risk for flash flooding, the National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for localized flash flooding possible today and tomorrow. We are also under a Flood Warning until 8 p.m. tonight. This is due to flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying areas that is imminent or ongoing.

The rainy weather will clear a bit this afternoon but by this evening the rain will return, thankfully it is expected to clear up by 11 pm tonight allowing for a much-needed drier night. Tomorrow, however, showers and thunderstorms will re-enter our area; however, showers will once again clear out by the night. The chance of rain will return for Tuesday with our only dry day coming on Wednesday, with mostly sunny skies and a high in the 70s, enjoy it while it lasts because the cloudy and rainy conditions will return on Thursday.
