Today is a very fall-like day with partly cloudy skies, temperatures in the 60s, and colorful leaves. We are currently situated to the south of a strong high-pressure system which is helping to keep conditions nice and bringing in winds from the east. This nice weather will not be staying very long as halfway through the week we will feel the effect of an incoming incoming cold front, dropping temperatures and bringing rain showers. This evening, we will see a slight drop in temperatures and partly cloudy skies will continue to persist. Tuesday throughout the day, clouds will clear slightly from the still present high pressure. At the surface level on Wednesday morning, a strong low-pressure system will sweep through the Ohio Valley, bringing in rain showers throughout the day and into Thursday.
