Forecast Discussion
We are starting out with some morning clouds and storms to our south at this moment. As we warm up in afternoon, more storms will fire up as we have an unstable atmosphere. This can result in damaging winds and hail threat with isolated tornado as well. This is why storm prediction center has slight risk in place. Cold front associated with this system will march each tonight and clear out the skies, but there will still be remaining moisture so risk of dense fog looks high tonight. As it’s typical of fog, it will be most dense near the sunrise hours so be careful as you commute Monday morning if fog is present. Monday will be much nicer day with plenty of sunshine with light breeze and temperatures still in the 70’s by afternoon. Another disturbance moves in our area by Tuesday so additional round of showers and thunderstorms is likely. There will once again be the threat of severe weather with these and SPC already has issued marginal risk for parts of southeastern Ohio so we will keep a close eye on this over next day or 2. Temperatures remain seasonal with drier mid week period.
