Hazardous Weather Outlook

High pressure will move into our area today, providing chilly conditions for the next couple days. Mainly clear skies tonight will allow radiational cooling to occur as temperatures fall into the low 20s. A cold front will cross the area Thursday afternoon, which could provide a slight chance for rain showers; however, moisture will be limited, so the chances for showers are low. Temperatures will be slightly warmer on Thursday ahead of the front, but colder air quickly returns late Thursday as the system moves through. High pressure builds once again on Friday, bringing dry weather for the day. Snow accumulation could be possible this weekend as a system approaches Friday night, with the highest chance for snow on Saturday into Saturday night.
