Forecast Discussion
A cut–off low pressure system is going to nest over the region for the next few days, keeping things cloudy and somewhat gross over the next few weeks. We‘re due for lots of clouds and lots of rain through the rest of the weekend and the beginning of next week, this will come paired with some very gusty winds due to the difference in pressure between the low pressure system to our North, and relatively higher pressure to the South. Eventually, a surge of cold air will make things even colder, we‘re finally getting our comeuppance for having 70 degree days in February. Low temperatures are going to be near freezing, and while we‘ll seem to avoid freezing temperatures (and even the potential for some wintry precipitation), this is still somewhat far in the future, and could change.
