Forecast Discussion
The upper-level troughing pattern over our region will gradually begin to dissipate as we head into the weekend. Cloudy conditions will persist through the night, with only a slight chance for an isolated shower. An isolated shower or storm will be possible throughout the day Friday as the trough remains, with some breaks in the clouds allowing for some increased insolation with highs approaching the mid-80s. A weak ridging pattern will develop for the weekend which will allow for high pressure to return and help keep us dry. However, a spike in dewpoints and temperatures are expected, with highs approaching the upper-80s and dewpoints back in the upper-60s.
