A cold front will pass during the afternoon and bring with it even cooler air and some light rain showers. Rain chances will continue throughout the evening hours and into the night as the low-pressure system will weaken and slow down. Rain totals are not expected to be much, potentially up to a tenth of an inch. Wednesday afternoon should be dry with partly cloudy skies.

Thursday through Saturday high pressure will dominate the region, and result in sunny skies with cooler temperatures. Great weather for the end of the work week and for a home Bobcat football game Saturday!
