A strong occluded low-pressure system moving in from the central U.S. is going to bring mixed precipitation to the region. Rain/snow mix will likely only be present in the morning/evening hours when temperatures are at or below freezing, but impacts are likely minimal. Locally heavy rainfall will be the main concern with this system during the day as temperatures rise above freezing. Gusty winds will also be brought in by this system tomorrow and Wednesday.

As this system passes to the northeast, high pressure will settle in shortly and allow for some clearing on Thursday, but the next system will bring in some rain and a chance for some snow behind the cold front.
