However, by Saturday night, an occluded low-pressure system will begin to push into the area from the west. Rain will develop overnight and continue into Sunday morning, lingering throughout much of the day. This system’s warm front will pass quickly, briefly raising temperatures, but it will be quickly followed by a cold front. The cold front will bring an increase in cloud cover, rain chances, and cooler temperatures. Additionally, winds will shift from westerly to easterly as the system moves in, marking a significant change in the weather for the latter half of the weekend.
