We are currently under a massive trough that has engulfed much of the Eastern half of the US. As a result, we have seen some abnormally cold air in our area the past several days. This big pocket of cold air will stick around for the foreseeable future as the trough is expected to stay in the Eastern half of the US. However, there will be a brief period of the high temperatures increasing on Tuesday and Wednesday before the high temperature dips back below freezing on Thursday. There is also a slight chance of some precipitation on Wednesday night. Anyway, here is a full recap of the high and low temperatures over the next several days. For the high temperatures, it will be in the low 30s today (Sunday) and tomorrow (Monday), mid 30s on Tuesday, low 40s on Wednesday, and high 20s on Thursday. For the low temperatures, it will be in the upper teens tonight, tomorrow night, and on Thursday night, low 20s on Tuesday night, and mid 20s on Wednesday night.
