A low pressure system is expected to go through our area tomorrow and into tomorrow night, bringing some rain and some rain/snow mix and/or some snow showers on the back end of the system. Some slightly strong winds will be present as well from tomorrow night into Wednesday, which is New Year’s Day. After that system goes through, apart from a chance of snow showers on Thursday night into Friday, there won’t be much going on apart from the cold air mass from Canada cementing its grip on the Eastern half of the US. The cloud cover will probably stay as well for the most part over the next several days. So looking at the high temperatures over the next several days, it will be in the low 50s tomorrow, mid 30s on Wednesday (New Year’s), low 30s on both Thursday and Friday, and in the upper 20s on Saturday. As for the low temperatures over the next several days, it will be in the mid 30s tonight and tomorrow night, upper 20s on Wednesday night and Thursday night, and upper teens on Friday night and Saturday night.
