Forecast Discussion
A minor trough will continue to move eastward overnight and into the mid-week. Clouds are likely to persist primarily until early Wednesday morning, but as the trough weakens and stabilizes, much of the cloud cover will disappear alongside it. High-pressure will persist for the remainder of the week, keeping weather conditions stable and calm. Winds are likely to remain relatively calm and easterly, especially with prominent high-pressure to the northeast. A very weak surface low will pop-up late Tuesday, but it isn’t expected to bring any significant rain to southeastern Ohio as much of this disturbance sticks to the western half of the state. As we near the end of the week, temperatures are unfortunately likely to rise back into the upper-80s and could possibly hit 90 by next weekend. Thankfully, relative humidity values are not expected to be too hateful, making it feel relatively comfortable all things considered.
