Forecast Discussion
Highs will hold in the upper 70s to low 80s through the weekend, with overnight lows settling in the low to mid-50s. By Friday night, some cooler spots could even dip into the upper 40s.
A broad area of high pressure remains in control, keeping our weather calm, dry, and pleasant through the end of the week and into the weekend. Skies will stay mostly clear, and the stable pattern means no big changes in upcoming days.
The continued lack of rainfall, however, is a growing concern. Much of the area is currently classified under a D1 (Moderate Drought), and if dry conditions persist, the drought could worsen in the weeks ahead. There is a slight chance of relief, with rain chances looking more likely Tuesday into Wednesday of next week.
