Forecast Discussion

A strong high-pressure system remains firmly in control over our area, keeping conditions dry, sunny, and calm through the rest of the week. Tomorrow’s high will be around 64°F, and thanks to Monday’s rainfall, our region has improved from a D1 (Moderate Drought) to a D0 (Abnormally Dry).

The recent cold front that pushed through earlier this week brought that first real taste of fall, with cooler, crisper air settling in. We will still feel the effects from this front as highs will stay in the low 70s heading into the weekend, while overnight lows drop into the 30s tonight before heading into the 40s later this week.
