Surface high pressure will keep skies clear and sunny as we finish up our weekdays as a central ridges continues to push east. From tonight into tomorrow morning, due to winds being on the calm end, little to no cloud cover, and dewpoints hovering in the 40s, frost chances are likely in certain areas with Frost Adversaries being issued for more counties in northeast Ohio. As we move into Friday night, cloud cover begins to slowly increase as rain chances start to climb later Saturday and into Sunday. A low pressure system’s cold front will sweep across Ohio and give us a 90% chance of rain on Sunday.

HOUmecoming weather on Saturday will be nice and warm for both the parade and Ohio University football game. Due to a surface warm front from the low-pressure system slightly clipping our region on Saturday, the potential high of 79ºF will be unseasonably warm but pleasant for returning alumni!
