Forecast Discussion
Mostly clear conditions will exist as high pressure just to the southeast will dominate overnight. Strong overnight cooling, calm surface winds and low moisture values will attribute to the low temperature dipping through the low 60s. Some early Monday morning fog may be patchy and confined to the river valley locations in association to these previously mentioned conditions. Monday morning will start off fairly dry and warm in the presence of an approaching weak cold front from the NW. This front will be relatively dry as its passage is likely in the early-mid afternoon hours of Monday. Any rain shower or thunderstorm development during this time will be fairly isolated and weak as moisture values will remain low. The remainder of the day will see some passing clouds, but maintain dry weather conditions. This drier, yet warmer weather pattern will persist throughout the week as strong ridging advances east over the region. Additionally, temperatures will consistently remain warmer than average as highs near the mid-80s.
