Forecast Discussion

A well-pronounced ridging pattern and dominate high pressure will remain in place and held responsible for this settled weather. The continuation of quiet, but warm conditions will likely pursue throughout the rest of the week and into the first part of the weekend. High temperature for this afternoon will exceed the lower 80s even as a northeasterly remains in control. Dewpoint values and temperatures slightly reduce through Thursday, leaving pleasant conditions with the high lingering around the lower 80s. A shifting southerly flow for Friday will return the temperatures well into the mid 80s for the weekend as moisture is once again increased. This ridging pattern looks to finally break down through late weekend with an approaching system and associated cold front from the WNW.
