A warm front from a mature midlatitude cyclone is currently pushing up through much of Ohio. As this front passes through, some isolated storms are possible, especially earlier in the evening. Overnight, some clearing in the clouds is possible as we enter the warm sector of the system, and this will persist through tomorrow morning. Tomorrow will be hot and moist as a result, at a high around 92 degrees. By the afternoon, though, the cold front will spur up some scattered showers and storms, a few of which could contain gusty winds and small hail according to the Marginal Risk of severe weather in our area as issued by the Storm Prediction Center. Some isolated storms are still possible overnight Saturday into Sunday as the low pressure system occludes and becomes cut-off, though more partly cloudy weather and cooler temperatures around 83 degrees are to be expected.

A quite deep trough will be developing in our area, which will introduce a quite prominent cooling trend into the new week. Despite some thicker clouds early Monday, higher pressure will eventually force out these clouds to make for a clear and calm week. Temperatures on Monday will fall to around 80 degrees, and this will continue through Tuesday as well. By Wednesday, not only will temperatures still be in the low 80s, but a significant dry spell will develop over much of the area, with humidity dropping to as low as 30%.
