Forecast Discussion
The chance for more lingering snow showers will continue throughout the night tonight as a upper level shortwave trough is pushing closer to our area. This shortwave will move over the area tomorrow and keep the chance of snow showers into the day on Wednesday. Snow accumulations will be below an inch for most areas, but the thing to watch will be overnight slick spots when temperatures get below freezing. Another shortwave trough and a cold front will give the chance for a rain turning to snow going into Thursday night. For the start of the weekend high pressure looks to be the main weather maker with temperatures being in the mid to upper 30’s.
