Forecast Discussion

Westerly winds will keep conditions dry for the rest of the day through tomorrow afternoon. A low pressure from the south is going to pass the region Saturday night bringing rain until Monday afternoon. A warm front passing Saturday night is going to keep temperatures moderate in the low to mid 70’s, while also bringing rainy conditions through Sunday. Warm air and moisture being advected from the south combined with ascent from the low pressure system is going give the possibility for storms Sunday, with some being severe. Sunday night, a cold front is going to pass over the region which will keep conditions rainy, but will drop the temperature to the mid-50’s Monday. A ridge will move over our region allowing conditions to dry and temperatures to warm through Tuesday.
