Forecast Discussion

Last night, we had a cold front push through our area that brought some precipitation. With this cold front passing we should have sunny skies today with highs reaching the low 70s. We should also see no precipitation for the next few days. Wednesday we will see cooler temperatures with highs in the mid 60s. On Thursday we will see a change in our longwave pattern. We will see a ridging pattern during the morning hours which will still give us fair weather. As we continue throughtout the day the ridge turns into a deep trough which will lead to the chance of rain for Thursday night and into Friday. Finally, we will have another cold front push through our region Saturday and into Sunday which will give us the chance for more rain.
