Forecast Discussion
The low pressure system that brought snow to our area has offically moved out into the Northeast. There will be a lingering cold front passing through our region tonight which could lead to a chance of snow. Once this is through we will see fair weather due to the high pressure system forming out in the plains. This high pressure system will have chilly temperatures associated with it. For the next few days we will see lows in the teens on Tuesday and Wednesday. We also will see windy conditions for parts of Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. The high pressure system should leave us with no precipitation for Tueday and Wednesday, but there is a stationary front forming on Thursday morning in the plains. As this stationary front moves east, we could see the chance for precipitation on Thursday night and into Friday. Looking into the weekend, we will have temperatures rise up into the mid 60s on Saturday, and even a chance to hit 70 on Sunday. Saturday we could see a few lingering rain showers as the the system moves out of the area. On Sunday another system moves in,and will bring rain to our area.
