The National Weather Service in Charleston, WV issued a hazardous weather outlook in effect today and tonight. This is also written out on the NWS webpage. 

 

Conditions won’t be consistent for the next several days. Today will be overcast skies with growing chance of late afternoon and evening rain. Similar conditions expected tonight. Friday will be clear and warm, with highs remaining in the high 50s. As March approaches, temperatures will drop to the 30s and winds will weaken. Overcast skies will dominate Saturday with minimal chances for rain. Sunday will still be on the colder side, but the clouds will clear out overnight. Temperatures will rebound on Monday, jumping to the high 40s with partly cloudy skies.
