Forecast Discussion
Chances for rain will finally return to SE Ohio late tonight as a line of showers and possible thunderstorms develop ahead of a cold frontal boundary. Mild overnight lows in the upper-60s is expected, but periods of rain and heavy cloud cover on Tuesday will keep highs around 80. This slow-moving cold front will keep chances for showers and storms in the forecast through Wednesday before it finally pushes south of our region. High pressure out of the north looks to setup again for Thursday, helping to dry us out. However, a stationary front is expected to form in the southern Ohio Valley region, with a northward shift potentially bringing some spotty rain on Friday.
