A warm front last night didn’t just bring rain, but some more warm weather as well! Expect another warm one today, as temperatures are expected to exceed seventy degrees during the daytime hours today. Due to a strong pressure gradient from the approaching low to our West, and a high pressure system located off the East coast, winds will be blustery today! Expect steady winds near 20 miles per hour, and gusts up to 35 miles per hour!

Early tomorrow morning, the cold front associated with this system will bring some rain. This rain will be heavy at times for us, and new precipitation amounts could exceed 1″ of new precipitation. Following that cold front, we’ll see more seasonable temperatures, with lows overnight dipping back below freezing. We’ll see a slight warming trend with some high pressure potentially take hold, but it looks like we may need to wait for a while until we get another taste of 70 degree weather.
