Forecast Discussion
Today will be mostly cloudy, as a cold front begins to move into the area. The rest of the afternoon should remain dry but the chance for snow exists through most of the evening as the front moves through. The front will create windy conditions but little substantial snowfall. Behind the frontal passage, conditions will be calm and clear into the weekend. Without clouds, nighttime temperatures will be able to dip down to around 20 degrees this weekend, with daytime highs not reaching too far above freezing. A winter storm is currently brewing out west and will reach our area on Saturday, but should remain far enough south that we will only see some cloudiness and perhaps the occasional snow flurry.
