Continuing from the past week, Athens is still under high pressure, meaning sunny and clear conditions will dominate the region, with no precipitation expected. Today, it is currently around 87 degrees, which is close to the 88 degree high to be expected. Later tonight, temperatures will drop to the low 60s, but overnight, we can see the low going down to around 52 degrees going into the morning tomorrow. Friday is basically a repeat, with a mid-afternoon high expected to be around 89 degrees, skies being mostly clear, and later in the evening the temperature slowly dropping into the low 60s. Overnight Friday into Saturday morning, the temperature can dip to about 57 degrees, calm winds will be variable, and some patchy clouds can be expected going into the morning. As we head into Sunday evening into Monday, a warm front lifting northward will bring more southerly flow and moisture which will increase and favor the chances for showers and thunderstorms, especially more on Monday.
