Today, we can expect warmer temperatures after a warm front made its way across the region last night. However, we do have spotty chances for showers and thunderstorms during the day today. These will become more widespread tonight and some storms may be severe as we are under a Slight Risk (2/5) for severe weather, this is due to the threat for damaging wind gusts. As the storms exit overnight we will see a brief cooldown tomorrow before we warm again Monday and Tuesday. Our next system will roll through on Tuesday as well, cooling us into the upper 70s for Wednesday and Thursday.
