Forecast Discussion

Patchy fog is expected before 10:00 am this morning. We expect to get a small break from the chances of storms for today and tonight before a slight chance returns for Wednesday due to a new system entering the area. That slight chance is expected to increase for Wednesday night. Athens is under a limited risk (level 1 out of 4) for excessive rainfall for Wednesday. Flooding is still a concern with this new system due to the saturated grounds from the previous system. Be on the lookout for any weather updates, especially those for flooding. A gentle breeze is expected during the daytime over the next few days and are expected to become calm during the nighttime. Daytime temperatures are expected to remain in the high 70s to the low 80s while nighttime temperatures are expected to remain in the low to mid 60s. Move in week might be a little wet but the excitement is still high as we welcome in new Bobcats!
