A surface low is passing over the region today, bringing the possibility for some wintry precipitation this morning. We’re likely to see rain-snow mix transition to rain today as things warm up, with the chance of precipitation presisting through the day, then possibly transition back into a mixed precipitation event tonight as things cool off. Due to this low passing, we’re gonna see the chance of precipitation persist through tomorrow, where the mixed precipitation could transition into brief periods of snow. Accumulation at low terrain isn’t expected to be significant from this, but high elevations could see a couple of inches of snow tomorrow.

Afterwards, another low is expected to pass through, leading to similar circumstances as the system today, with diurnal temperature change deciding the type of precipitation during the storm. Lingering cold air will likely lead to mixed precipitation as soon as temperatures during the morning or evening are cold enough to support it.
