An upper-level trough spanning across our region is supporting a surface low-pressure system. This low-pressure system is slowly tracking its way east to us. Today we will have partly cloudy skies, but as this low pressure brings the cold front closer, spotty showers are expected tomorrow day and night ahead of the front.

The cold front is expected to make its way through on Saturday morning, bringing a good deal of rain to us as well as a drop in temperatures possibly getting down into the 50s by early next week. It will be a wet and chilly weekend, perfect for having some warm soup and enjoying the fall views from inside.
