Forecast Discussion
After the low pressure system that has been delivering plenty of rain throughout the week exits the region, a decrease in cloud cover is likely. In addition, expect a drop in temperatures to a high of 68 degrees on Friday, and skies will be clear and calm as a high pressure system moves in. Additionally, a low overnight temperature of a chilly 37 degrees is to be expected on Friday evening. Thankfully, this high pressure is set to linger in the area for a while, keeping our conditions rain-free through the weekend. A gradual warm-up is likely, as a high of 75 degrees will be in store on Saturday.
This warming trend will continue under high pressure, with a high of 80 degrees expected on Sunday and Monday. A return of partial clouds will also be possible as an occluding low-pressure system further south gradually pushes northward, promoting overcast skies by Monday night and a steady rain by Tuesday.
