After a wet last few days, we start to dry out today, but not before one last little bit of rain this morning. The rain should be out of here by mid-late morning and clouds will decrease the rest of the day bringing sunnier conditions to end the day off.

Friday into this weekend will promote much drier and continued cooler conditions. Low 70s are expected throughout the day and with little to no clouds and little to no wind overnight, this will allow for lows to get down to the 40s for the next few nights. These dry conditions will last for the next few days before our next system comes through mid next week.
