A cold front is set to move through the Southeast Ohio area, bringing a storm system with it. This system is associated with a slight risk of severe storms (level 2/5. 

The main line of storms will be arriving in Athens County around 3 PM with scattered showers and storms remaining through the overnight hours. Showers should be out of the area by 8 AM Sunday morning. Cooler temperatures will then be present in the area as a result of today’s cold front bringing a risk of AM frost on Sunday and Monday mornings. Temperatures start to warm up once again for the beginning of the week before another small chance for storms arrives on Wednesday.
