The Weather Prediction Center (WPC) has Athens, OH under a Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 4) on for tonight and half of the county under a Slight Risk (Level 2 of 4) on Monday on the excessive rainfall outlook for possible isolated and scattered flash floods. Always have a way to receive Flood Warnings and do not drive onto flooded roadways; most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Tonight, showers begin rolling in that will stick around until Monday night, potentially causing flooding in certain areas.
