Forecast Discussion

A cold front is slowly moving its way south and east across Ohio tonight. Thunderstorms currently over northern Ohio will slowly die out tonight as they move southeast, but a stray shower or storm will still be possible tonight. Tomorrow, this same frontal boundary will begin lifting north as a warm front, allowing high pressure to build in, bringing sunny skies, and causing temperatures to heat up. Strong upper level ridging and high pressure will keep temperatures warm through the end of the week, as well as keeping any precipitation out of the area. This weekend, a stronger cold front approaches the region, bringing the next chance of showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will be cooler following the frontal passage.
