We are currently under an Extreme Heat Warning until Friday, June 3rd at 10 pm, as we could see heat index values up to 106 degrees.

Hot and humid conditions will continue over the next few days, with temperatures soaring close to 100 degrees during the day and little relief overnight. Make sure to stay hydrated during outside activities and take frequent breaks to prevent any heat-related accidents.

On Independence Day, our chances of summertime pop-up showers return, with still little relief from the heat, as we can see highs in the upper 90s.

We will eventually start to see a break in this heatwave as the start of next week’s highs will be in the upper 80’s and dropping through the week.
