Forecast Discussion

Dominating high pressure made for a beautiful Sunday with nice and sunny skies. However, clear skies overnight allows for a lot of that heat to escape, making for overnight temperatures tonight to feel quite chilly; definitely grab that jacket heading out the door for any late night or early morning plans! A warm front stemming from a developing western low pressure pushes into the region Monday during the day, skyrocketing the daytime high into the upper 60s to low 70s. It’ll be a beautiful day for any outdoor plans as a result! Bad news is, as this low pressure deepens and pushes east late on Monday, we do see a chance for rain with a cold frontal passage. This means that temperatures will feel a little more seasonable and chilly as soon as Tuesday, with highs in the upper 40s. High pressure does settle for the middle part of the week before we see our next chance for rain on Friday, but again, temperatures remain seasonable.
