Throughout the day today, we have been met with isolated rain showers. This will continue to persist into the evening due to the cold front slowly moving in, which could also bring a chance of thunderstorms later this evening. The National Weather Service currently has us in a severe chance of thunderstorms zone on their map, as we also lie right outside the opportunity for flash flooding. We should see a high of 75 today and dropping down into the lows 60s this evening when rain rolls through. Heading into tomorrow, we are expected to reach a high of 75 again with heavy rain in the morning and more chances of thunderstorms to develop in the afternoon. Early in the weekend we are expected to clear up and warm up. This is due to the high pressure system reaching our location Friday, bringing pleasant weather throughout the weekend. Regular scheduled weather should be back on track next week when we cool back down into the mid 70s.
