Forecast Discussion

A digging upper-level trough pattern will keep conditions slightly cooler to start the work week, but will also provide continuous chances for scattered showers and thunderstorm development. A wave of rain showers will enter our region before midnight tonight, with lows only dipping into the upper 60s. Another band of showers and some scattered thunderstorms will move through SE Ohio on Tuesday, keeping daytime highs just under 80. This pattern will continue throughout the majority of the work week as a low pressure system sits over our region, but chances for storms will begin to die down on Thursday, with dry conditions expected by Friday and throughout the weekend.
