Moving forward, today the sun will shine for the entire day reaching up to 75 degrees from mid afternoon until mid-evening.  With the negative vorticity advection seen at the 500 millibar level present, there will be no formation of clouds for Wednesday.  With the high pressure we’re experiencing in Athens, this will last until Saturday where we’ll see precipitation. For Thursday we’ll see temperatures cool down during the day-about 10 degrees compared to Wednesday, but the weather will still remain clear and sunny. Right now, we see rain from the weekend into next Tuesday from hurricane Delta which is considered, “extremely dangerous” and “life threatening.”
