The National Weather Service in Charleston, WV has issued a Flood Watch in effect from 7:00am Monday February 11th through the Evening of Tuesday February 12th.

Last night’s precipitation will continue today as rain with warming temperatures. Precipitation is expected to continue through Tuesday with temperatures in the low 50’s due to a warm front entering the area. Tuesday night, temperatures will begin to drop and potentially allow for some scattered snow flurries Wednesday morning. Through the day Wednesday, precipitation will end and temperatures will rise above freezing. Thursday will be cloudy and calm but precipitation is expected to return overnight and into Friday as temperatures hover in the mid 40’s.
