Forecast Discussion

After this last system passed through last night, high pressure has begun to settle in bringing us sunny skies today. Tonight we will cool off as we will have a mostly clear night. For Wednesday and Thursday the area will remain dry as we will be in a zonal flow pattern and high pressure will stay in the region. Cooler temperatures are expected as the week goes on as the high for Thursday may only reach 50. For Thursday night a low pressure system will move through the area, giving us a chance or rain that will last into Friday night. As the system moves out Friday night there is a small chance that we may be able to see a few flurries, otherwise temperatures will be in the lower 30’s. Into the weekend temperatures will be in the mid 40’s with sunny skies.
