A slow-moving low pressure system will keep clouds and light showers around through the evening into the night. On Wednesday, temperatures will warm slightly to around 73 degrees, though cloudy skies and scattered showers will continue throughout the day. Thankfully, the chances of rain decrease as Wednesday evening approaches due to the low pressure system exiting the region to the northeast. Mostly cloudy skies will persist through Wednesday evening into Thursday as well, with temperatures warming to the high 70s. A warm front from a developing low pressure system further south will continue to funnel in ample moisture, however.

Friday’s low pressure system will be relatively fast moving, clipping the region late Friday into Saturday, which may return a more steady rain during Friday night. The passage of this system will keep temperatures cooler again in the low 70s on Friday, and temperatures will remain cool in the mid-to-high 70s later on as a high pressure-driven cold front will push through on Sunday. Despite no rain associated with this front, clouds may return Sunday afternoon.
