Forecast Discussion
Merry Christmas from the team at Scalia Lab! A low pressure system out to our west will bring chances of a rain-snow mix during the day today with highs topping out in the upper 30’s. A high pressure system to the south will shift northward and will help us dry out by later this evening and into the day on Wednesday. Temperatures increase slightly on Wednesday with highs topping out in the mid-40’s. On Thursday, a significant warm up is expected to start as a low pressure system will move into the region. Rain chances will begin later in the day on Thursday and by Friday highs could reach the mid 60’s for parts of Southeast Ohio. Rain will persist through the day on Friday and the region drys up late Friday night. Into Saturday, temperatures cool back down to the mid-40’s.
