Forecast Discussion

Today Southeast Ohio will be back to seasonal temperatures after reaching the upper 60’s yesterday. A cold front has moved through with the previous system and will keep highs in the mid 40’s today. There will be a chance of rain throughout the day and that turns to a mix later on this evening as the shortwave trough moves to the east. Some precipitation could occur late Tuesday night as another shortwave trough approaches the region. This will be snow as we have enough moisture and cold temperatures around. Clouds will remain on Wednesday as the trough moves out the region. Precipitation is possible Thursday night as another cold front moves through the region. This will be showers turning into a mix later on in the evening. For the weekend high pressure looks to dominate and keep the area dry.
