With saturated ground from the rain yesterday, any bands of heavy rain  will cause flooding for streams and roads. Highs will be in the mid 60’s for the day today. A cold front will pass through the region late Thursday night along with gusty winds before and after the passage. By Friday, highs will be in the lower 30’s.
