Our beautiful week is coming to a close, and today will be mainly overcast, with those warm temperatures still lingering. Today’s high will be in the upper 70s, with variable winds between 0-5 mph. Due to a weak low down South that will make its way more northward into our area, there’s a chance of scattered showers today, possibly in the early afternoon, and more so in the evening. Tonight, the chance of broken showers persists before midnight, with temperatures dropping to a low of 54. and winds from the south-southwest keeping between 0-5 mph.

Cloudy skies will persist into the morning hours of Saturday, as that weak low exits to our east. By noon, breaks in the clouds are possible, and by the afternoon, it will be partly cloudy, with west-southwesterly winds between 5-10 mph. Throughout the day on Saturday there exists a very small chance of pop-up showers, primarily in the morning. By the evening, skies will clear to only a few clouds in the sky, and overnight, temperatures will drop to 54 degrees. Pleasant conditions will persist Sunday morning, until thunderstorms arrive in the afternoon, bringing temperatures back down with the passage of a cold front, thus bringing the end of our warm and sunny week, for a time.
