Rain shower chances will reappear this evening as a warm front lifts north of the area. Some of this rain could be heavy at times, but no thunderstorms are anticipated. About 0.5-0.75″ of total rain accumulation can be expected. Warm air advection will be in full effect behind the frontal passage, raising temperatures into the 60s for Saturday. A low pressure system will then move northeast across the area, bringing in a cold front by Saturday afternoon, and will also resulting in rain shower chances once again. With the cold front pushing out by Sunday morning, high pressure will begin to build in, bringing a much cooler day with highs nearly hitting 40 degrees. Looking ahead into early next week, high pressure will keep the area mainly dry and cool.
