Forecast Discussion
Flood Warning (Valid Until 4pm EST)
After a cold front passage yesterday, there will be some lingering precipitation from that system that will bring trace amounts of snow through the early morning. Temperatures are expected to crash over the coming days, and dip below freezing tonight and will get even colder tomorrow night. Winds are expected to be heavier today and tomorrow due to the passage of a clipper system, but will die down as the weekend progresses.
Isolated areas of flooding are still possible in the region due to the large amount of precipitation and melting snow from yesterday, be wary of areas of high water on your commute.
Warmer air will return to the region starting around Sunday, and temperature will be pleasant once again until another low pressure system is expected up upend the warm weather with more precipitation and colder temperatures later in the week.
