Forecast Discussion

Thick fog has settled in over our area, making visibility conditions quite low. This should burn off within the next several hours as the sun rises, but until then take caution while driving or navigating. After dipping down into the 60s yesterday, we’ll return to temperatures in the low 70s due to southerly flow and clearing skies. This will make for some pleasant, dry weather today before clouds start to build in tonight ahead of a cold front expected to go through Saturday evening. A chance for rain showers throughout the day and a possible thunderstorm after noon will be the story for Saturday before we clear out again after the front’s passage. High pressure will build in over the latter part of the weekend bring back sunny weather and warming temps.
